The S series gear reducer is a high torque reducer that mainly increases the output torque of the whole machine through worm gear and gear transmission. Due to the high torque and power characteristics of this series of products, they are highly favored by customers in the mechanical industry and have been widely used in various fields such as petroleum machinery, chemical machinery, mining machinery, and conveying machinery. Its main driving method is a regular three-phase asynchronous motor. The motor transmits the driving force to the first stage small gear, which then drives the first stage large gear to rotate. The first stage large gear drives the worm gear to rotate, and the worm gear drives the worm wheel to rotate. The worm wheel drives the output shaft to rotate, and finally, the power is continuously transmitted to the customer's work equipment through the output shaft. Although some products in this series use gear transmission, they still retain the basic characteristics of worm gear transmission, and some speed ratios have self-locking function. Self locking, in layman's terms, refers to the inability to reverse in a stationary state. When the worm gear and worm gear reach a certain speed ratio, that is, when the lead angle of the worm gear is less than the equivalent friction angle between the meshing teeth, the mechanism has self-locking properties and can achieve reverse self-locking, that is, only the worm gear can drive the worm gear, not the worm gear.
